ABTC Officers and Directors are elected annually for staggered terms of two years for officers and directors, and every four years for AKC Delegate. The most recent election is for terms commencing July 1, 2004. The newly elected officers and directors (nominations uncontested) are:
Secretary, Sally Davis; Treasurer, Andrea Meinhart ; and Directors Patty Biggins, and Dianne Allen, will be serving their second years of their two year terms. AKC Delegate: Janina Laurin will serve the second year of her four-year term. Nominations from the Membership must be received by the Secretary on or before February15, signed by 5 members in good standing (no e-mails). If no additional nominations are received, the candidates nominated by the Nominations Committee shall be declared elected without ballot. Ballots, if necessary, must be mailed by March 1. They must be returned to the Secretary with receipt by March 30. Ballots will be counted and results announced at the Annual Meeting. |
